How to use this area guide
Choose the suburb, then choose the property service.
This coverage hub contains 50 Brisbane City Council suburb pages. Each gives a direct route to the Brisbane form and separates regular house cleaning from end-of-lease cleaning. The pages are intended to help a customer select the right city and service without asserting a public business address, postcode, map location or fixed appointment availability.
For eligible Brisbane house-cleaning selections, the standard guide starts at A$165 for one bedroom and one bathroom. Eligible end-of-lease selections start at A$415 for one bedroom. The selected scope, extras, availability and any material change are confirmed in writing before booking.

Clear scope, not generic promises
Use the city-specific service page for the right guide.
A house-cleaning request lets you choose bedrooms, bathrooms, carpet rooms, extras and a preferred frequency. A rental move-out uses the end-of-lease route, with bedroom count, furnishings and listed extras. Builders and specialist work are not assigned an unapproved standard rate.
If requested work or site conditions materially differ from the selected scope, RNS explains the change and obtains customer approval before additional work begins. End-of-lease cleaning does not promise an inspection, bond or tenancy outcome.
