A practical move-out plan
Start with the property, not a blanket promise.
Brisbane rentals range from compact apartments to furnished townhouses and larger family homes. The useful first step is to choose the bedroom count, whether the property is furnished, carpet rooms and any genuine extras. The standard guide includes GST and reflects those selected details.
Your preferred date is a request. RNS confirms the accepted cleaning scope, availability and booking in writing. If the work or site condition differs materially from what was selected, RNS explains the change and obtains approval before extra work starts.
Clear Brisbane pricing
GST-inclusive standard rates for eligible homes.
1–2 bedrooms
A$415 for one bedroom and A$485 for two bedrooms, including GST.
3–5 bedrooms
A$555, A$625 and A$695 for three, four and five bedrooms respectively.
Selected additions
Furnished properties add A$95. Choose genuine extras on the form to see their impact before you request a date.
Bathrooms and selected carpet rooms are handled through the form’s listed end-of-lease scope. The online figure is a transparent guide for the choices made, not a promise that every unselected task or condition is included.

01
Tell us the layout
Bedrooms, furnished status, carpet rooms, practical access notes and the preferred date help keep the guide relevant.
02
Separate what is not cleaning
Remove personal items and arrange any disposal, hazardous-material or specialist work separately unless it is expressly accepted in writing.
03
Keep the rental record practical
Use your entry condition information and property agreement to identify any concerns. For Queensland tenancy guidance, see the RTA’s cleaning information.
What the online guide covers
Make the selected scope match the move-out plan.
The Brisbane guide is intended for ordinary residential end-of-lease selections: the chosen bedroom count, listed property details and the extras selected on the form. It is useful for comparing like-for-like requests before you choose a preferred date, rather than treating every rental as identical.
Before requesting a date, check which rooms are carpeted, whether the property is furnished, what has been removed and whether any listed extras are actually required. Building rubbish, hazardous materials, specialist residue work and tasks outside the accepted scope are not automatically included. If a material change is identified, RNS explains it and obtains customer approval before any additional work begins.

Use the standard guide as a planning tool.
The displayed amount is not a substitute for choosing the actual property details. Selecting the bedroom count, furnishings and listed extras gives both sides a practical record of what the request covers. It also makes it easier to compare a normal residential move-out request with one that has additional preparation work.
If your circumstances change after the request—such as a different property size, a new extra, restricted access or work outside the original selection—raise it before the visit. RNS will set out any resulting scope or price change and requires your approval before carrying out additional work. That process keeps the standard rate guide transparent without promising a result outside the confirmed cleaning scope.
