End-of-lease guide

GST included. Bathrooms and selected carpet rooms are handled through the form’s listed end-of-lease scope; furnished properties add $95. Choose any optional extras before viewing the total.
House-cleaning guide
A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom standard clean starts at $165 including GST. Add $40 per extra bedroom, $35 per extra bathroom and $70 per carpet room.

Rental cleaning preparation
Use the tenancy documents as your starting point.
For a Brisbane move-out, it helps to work room by room and compare the property with the entry-condition record. Queensland’s Residential Tenancies Authority says tenants should leave the premises in the same condition as at the start, allowing for fair wear and tear, and notes that professional cleaning is optional rather than automatically required.
Use the RTA’s cleaning guidance and the relevant condition report to plan the request. RNS can review a proposed cleaning scope, but does not promise an inspection result, bond result or outcome outside the confirmed work.

A clearer request gives everyone a better starting point.
For house and rental cleaning, include the rooms to be cleaned, the condition of the property, carpeted areas, whether the property is furnished and any requested extras such as internal windows, appliances or balconies. You can leave a street address out of the initial request and confirm access details privately once the work is being considered.
For builders cleaning, identify whether the work follows a new build or a residential renovation, whether relevant trades have finished, how the site can be accessed and what remains on site. Construction waste, hazardous materials and specialist residue work are not automatically included. RNS confirms the proposed safe scope and exclusions in writing before any booking.
For carpet cleaning, give the number of carpeted rooms and note any rugs, upholstery, mattress or pet-treatment requirement. Carpet, builders and other specialist scopes need a written scope before a price is confirmed.
