The guide uses the Brisbane rate schedule already shown for eligible house-cleaning selections. It is designed to make the rooms, bathrooms, carpet rooms and selected extras clear before the booking is reviewed.

The standard rate adds $35 for each bathroom after the first and $70 for each selected carpet-steam room. Use the notes to identify empty cabinet interiors, appliances, buildup, access or timing constraints. If a material site-condition or extra-work difference is found, RNS discusses any proposed change and obtains agreement before that work starts.

A Brisbane move-in clean prepares the home you are entering around key access, empty rooms and unpacking. An end-of-lease clean prepares a property being vacated for its own handover scope. If a new build or residential renovation has just finished, identify the project stage, relevant-trade completion and site readiness through the Brisbane builders-cleaning route; construction waste, hazardous materials and specialist residue work are not automatically included.
Keeping the purpose separate helps the customer see which standard-rate guide and preparation details apply. A preferred date remains a request until RNS confirms the scope and availability in writing.
