How far in advance should I book?+

As soon as you have a move-out date. We can often accommodate short notice, but the best time slots (early morning, weekends) go first — especially at month-end when everyone's moving.

Do I need to be home during the clean?+

No. Most customers arrange key access — a lockbox, agent pickup, or leaving a key with a neighbour. We'll confirm arrangements when you book.

What if the agent isn't happy with something at inspection?+

Tell us within 48 hours of the clean and we'll send a cleaner back to fix the specific items flagged, at no charge.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?+

Not by default, since not every property has carpet or needs it — but it's a common add-on to this service and easy to include on your quote. See carpet steam cleaning.
