How long does it take to dry?+

Typically 3–6 hours with good airflow, longer in humid or closed-up conditions. We'll talk you through ventilation on the day, especially if the property needs to be inspected or handed over soon after.

Can you treat pet stains and odours?+

Yes — flag it when you book so the right pre-treatment and enzyme odour treatment can be quoted in, rather than discovered on the day.

How often should carpets be steam cleaned?+

As a general guide, every 12–18 months for a normal household, more often in high-traffic homes or with pets. Most rental agreements also expect it before handover.

Is this included in an end of lease clean?+

Not by default — it's quoted as an add-on so you're only paying for it when the property actually has carpet that needs it. See end of lease cleaning.
