NDIS household cleaning enquiry

NDIS household and carpet-cleaning enquiries across Melbourne.

For self-managed or plan-managed participants, nominees and support coordinators. Share household or carpet-cleaning tasks, suburb, preferred frequency, access needs and funding management type. RNS checks whether it can accept the arrangement and confirms the applicable Melbourne standard rate, invoice requirements and availability in writing before a booking is final.

Before RNS confirms

Start with the arrangement, tasks and invoice details.

Do not include disability, health, plan-number or other sensitive information in the public quote form. RNS needs only the practical cleaning and billing details required to assess the enquiry.

  • 01Funding management type
Self-managed or plan-managed, plus the participant, nominee or support-coordinator contact
  • 02Household-cleaning scope

  • 03Invoice requirements
Who receives the invoice and any fields the plan manager requires; acceptance is confirmed before booking

Household-cleaning options

Request the practical help needed at home.

Regular household cleaning

Ask about weekly, fortnightly or monthly kitchen, bathroom, dusting, vacuuming and mopping tasks. Frequency and ongoing availability are confirmed in writing.

One-off household clean

Request a one-off reset and describe the priority rooms and tasks. Separately scoped carpet steam cleaning can also be requested alongside household cleaning; include carpeted rooms and access in the enquiry.

Access and household preferences

Explain practical access, communication, products, pets and areas to avoid. A particular cleaner or recurring time is not guaranteed.

Clear confirmation

Know what RNS has accepted before the first visit.

The written response confirms the requested household tasks and exclusions, applicable Melbourne standard rate, proposed schedule, access arrangement, invoice recipient and accepted invoice fields. If a material site-condition or extra-work difference emerges, RNS discusses any change and obtains agreement before that work starts. Nothing is booked solely by submitting the form.

RNS does not determine what a participant's plan funds and does not imply NDIA endorsement. The participant, nominee or plan manager should confirm that the proposed service is an available support for the relevant plan.

Questions

NDIS household cleaning, answered carefully.

Which NDIS funding arrangements can I enquire about?+
You may send a self-managed or plan-managed household-cleaning enquiry. Tell RNS how the relevant funding is managed so it can confirm whether it can accept the arrangement. The official NDIS provider guidance says NDIA-managed funding requires a registered provider; an NDIA-managed request is not treated as eligible unless the required provider status is verified first.
Can RNS invoice my plan manager directly?+
Do not assume direct invoicing is available. Include the plan manager or invoice contact and any required invoice fields in the enquiry. RNS confirms whether it can accept those billing requirements, who receives the invoice and the payment arrangement before a booking is final.
Will I always have the same cleaner?+
A particular cleaner is not guaranteed. You can request continuity and explain any communication, access or household preferences. RNS confirms the proposed schedule and fulfilment arrangement in writing, subject to availability.
Can carpet steam cleaning be included in an NDIS cleaning enquiry?+
Carpet steam cleaning can be requested as a separately scoped item alongside household cleaning. Include the number of carpeted rooms, property access and funding-management type. RNS confirms whether it can accept the requested combination, the GST-inclusive price, invoice fields and availability in writing. The participant, nominee or plan manager confirms whether the proposed service can be paid from the relevant plan.
How is an NDIS cleaning enquiry priced?+
RNS starts with the applicable Melbourne GST-inclusive standard rate for eligible household tasks, then confirms the requested scope, access, schedule and invoice requirements in writing. A material site-condition or extra-work difference is discussed and agreed before additional work starts. RNS does not decide whether a support is funded; the participant, nominee or plan manager should confirm that the proposed service can be paid from the relevant plan.
