End of Lease Cleaning · Windsor
End of lease cleaning in Windsor.
Plan the Windsor handover around the property you are actually leaving. Send the bedroom, bathroom and carpet-room counts, optional tasks, preferred date and access arrangement. RNS coordinates the enquiry across its Melbourne service network and replies with a written scope, GST-inclusive amount and availability confirmation.
Keys, entry and handover
Make the access window part of the quote.
Describe whether the Windsor property is an apartment, unit, terrace or house. Note every level, stairs or lift, shared entrances, any lawful parking or loading limits, and whether building management needs advance notice. Name who holds the keys, when access begins and how the keys must be returned.
Schedule cleaning after removalists and repair trades wherever possible. Empty the cupboards and rooms included in the request, keep electricity and water available, and identify occupied, locked or inaccessible areas before the date. Cleaning can address the confirmed cleaning scope; it cannot repair damage, remove permanent marks or decide the rental bond.
Hard waste is a separate job
Clear unwanted items before the clean begins.
Windsor addresses can fall within either the City of Stonnington or the City of Port Phillip. Identify the council for the property before relying on collection rules. For a Stonnington address, the council currently schedules autumn and spring collections and offers a paid booked collection outside those periods. Large apartment buildings, main-road properties and homes without suitable outside space may need a booking or an owners-corporation arrangement.
Port Phillip currently uses a booked service and states that houses can book four hard-and-green-waste collections per year, while blocks of flats, apartment buildings or units can book six joint collections. Check the correct council's current address eligibility, dates, items and placement instructions. Keep waste removal outside the cleaning scope unless RNS separately lists and prices it in writing, and clear agreed surfaces and floors before cleaning begins.

GST-inclusive price guide
Windsor end-of-lease cleaning from $330.
A one-bedroom request starts from $330 including GST. The amount changes with bedroom and bathroom counts, selected carpet rooms, condition, levels, remaining furniture and optional work. The calculator provides a guide; it does not reserve a cleaner. RNS confirms the accepted scope, total and requested date in writing.
Before requesting a date
Four Windsor booking questions.
What changes the $330 Windsor end-of-lease price?
What access details should I send for a Windsor apartment or house?
How should I plan hard waste before a Windsor clean?
Does Victorian law always require professional cleaning at the end of a Windsor tenancy?
Sending the form requests a written quote and availability check. It does not reserve a cleaner or promise a bond or inspection outcome.
After-clean scope review
Keep the written confirmation for any cleaning query.
If an inspection identifies a cleaning item, contact RNS within the notification period stated in the confirmed terms and identify the exact task. RNS reviews it against the accepted scope and may need reasonable access to inspect or respond. Damage, ordinary wear, property-manager decisions and bond disputes remain separate from the cleaning service.
